Are there different permission levels?
Yes, there are 3 user level types with Feedback Automatic: Owner Level, Staff Level and Reporter Level.
How can I find out if an email has been sent to the customer asking for feedback?
The system has an email log you can access showing when the email was sent and if it gets opened by the customer.
How do I assign a file to a team member?
Once you click on the feedback entry from your dashboard you should see a screen that allows you to share comments. To the left, is a drop down menu where you can pick which staff member to assign the feedback response to.
Are there email templates?
Yes, we have pre-written email templates that you are welcome to use and/or edit.
